Bandwidth is the cornerstone of our business, everything else is secondary. At Niuhi we pride ourselves on making sure that your connections are consistently fast. Our engineers work hard to make sure that your packets are routed along the best possible path. Niuhi is directly connected, via private peering, to a number of nationwide backbone providers and independent ISPs. We have excellent connectivity into the Asia/Pacific networks. In order to meet the demanding needs of our customers Niuhi offers aggressive Service Level Agreements (SLA). Our standard SLA is 99.95% uptime, 0.1% packet loss and 75ms latency. Ping our servers and you will often find much lower latency. If your business demands a more aggressive SLA please contact and a representative will gladly deliver a proposal that meets your requirements.

Niuhi allows all customers to aggregate bandwidth between servers, allowing you to share the committed internet rate between all your servers. We have seen many customers that are promised hundreds of GBs of transfer, but are forced to pay for transfer per server. Better yet some are given a server that cannot support the transfer that they are paying for. With Niuhi, adding more servers does not mean increased bandwidth cost.
